When will each concert become available for viewing?
Each concert will go live at 12PM (noon) MST on the date listed in each event description.

How long can I view the concert?
Each concert will be able to be replayed for a period of 7 days. You can view each concert from 12PM (noon) MST on the first day until 11:59PM MST on the last day. Please reference each concert’s description for the dates it is available.

I purchased a ticket, now where do I view the concert?
At 12PM (noon) MST on the day a concert goes live, you can find the clickable video link by selecting the “Concerts” dropdown at the top of the page and then selecting the show you purchased. Only shows you have purchased will show up in the “Concerts” dropdown. You must be logged into your account to view the concert.

What happens if I forgot my password?
Click “Log In” in the top right hand corner, then select “Lost Your Password?”. Enter the email address you used to make your account. You will receive an email to that address with reset instructions.

Can I watch the concert on my mobile phone or tablet?
As long as your device is Internet enabled, you certainly can! Our website is designed to be mobile phone and tablet friendly.

Are refunds available?
Due to the nature of the streaming platform and the costs associated with producing each concert, we do not provide refunds for any reason. We appreciate your understanding!
